You shipped both phones by Expedited shipping, and my two phones were delivered in about 12 hours. I live in Nevada. Wow! The phones were exactly as described. New, Perfect and in a sealed box! It took a little time to get use to the S24Ulta from a Note 8 phone especially setting up the resolution. For some reason I had to manual set it up and now the pictures are high resolution.

The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.
