The appearance of everything inside was perfect - mint and pristine as if it had left the factory yesterday :) it shipped fast and was received on time! Quality item, high price however but that's the game I reckon.

It arrived in mint condition: factory-wrapped and the seller packaged it so carefully. It's sleek without being tech-y, and I especially appreciated that this excellent seller didn't exploit the tariffs and price-gouge people. They could have charged a little bit more and I would have been just as happy. This seller is top!

They were good at communicating with me and trying to get it solved, and when nothing worked to fix the defect they did offer to refund. Bummed about the binoculars, but satisfied with the transaction overall. Thanks!
