The item was damaged by UPS at drop-off (video to prove it) so I sent the seller the pics of the damage. Shippers are notorious for making you jump through hoops to file a claim so I figured this comm project just hit a brick wall. NOPE Seller said he would take care of it and immediately sent me a replacement set of filters. Quality will be the first place I look for ALL upcoming projects, PERIOD

The original item the seller sold didn't appear to work upon arrival contacted the seller he agreed it didn't appear to be working. Quickly sent a replacement unit for no further charge and had me send the other unit back to him and paid for the shipping fee. Seller was honest willing to make things work. I would buy from this individual again knowing that he appears to be honest and backs what he sells.
