I contacted the seller, who was cooperative and helpful, telling me how to proceed with a return request. I filled out the request, quick response and a refund is in process. I immediately got a qr code to present at the post office with my return; Though I was disappointed that the candleholders were not what I expected, the return process was great and rapid!
