Sent in a simple plastic bag suitable for soft goods, but not a hardback book. The bottom right hand corner of the front of the book, the bottom left hand corner of the back of the book, & both headbands were crushed & bent. The spine was dented. Seller communication: repeatedly delayed & non-reponsive. Asked for photos but provided no way to send them. When I decided to return vs exchange, seller never sent a return label.

But the seller did offer returns and I got my refund quickly by accepting it in the form of an ebay gift card as soon as they were handed off to the post office and on their way back. good deal!!
