The reason they got a bad rap was too much breeding by people who didn't know the personality differences between a Field Setter and a often called "show" or "bench" type. If you're active both types are great, if you run or hunt the field setter is it. The show setter is a little more reserved. The mug shows their beauty and calmness. It's a really fun coffee/cocoa mug. Tall and a good size.
