    Description said "New' part. I can't really tell of it is. Part arrived in the plastic shipping bag with no other packaging &/or labeling. If you look closely at the mounting tabs, it does appear there are markings where product may have been installed previously. Part hasn't been installed so I can't comment on functionality.

    The complete description reads: "New, Factory Original, Removed From 0 Mile, Never Installed, Complete HVAC Assembly". We purchased a bulk lot of brand new HVAC assemblies and dismantled them to sell individual components. The part this customer received has never been installed in a vehicle or used.
