Parcel eventually turned up. item is as described lovely piece of tartan and very good value. Fortunately double wrapped by seller so tartan was in good condition but outer wrapping had been ripped quite a lot.

They are great harps with lovely carving and overall appearance, and the price very competitive, but they simply didn't have the same item in stock (I understand many are hand-finished). My delivery arrived both late and with the box dented - an issue with the courier - but the harp was still in tact as it comes with its own case and was packaged fairly well.
