The seller was responsive and provided updates along the way, the delivery was a little later than I anticipated but they mentioned they were making a brand new ring for me so that seems reasonable! Seller not interested in my complaints, offered me bigger diamonds IF I paid extra for them! Clearly didn’t care as they had my money now. Disappointed as this was a Christmas gift and had no time to return, get refund and buy something else due to delays in sellers communication.
