I don't think it's the seller's fault, looks like they did a good job on the packaging. It was probably just a careless carrier somewhere along the way. The figure smells really bad, but I don't think that's the seller's fault either. I read several complaints about this figure's plastic tail smelling like weed.

The seller also had amazing communication! They were super respectful & understanding after they found out that China Post had temporarily suspended some shipping options to the U.S., which had delayed my shipment.
