Shipment took a little longer than expected, but I'm sure that wasn't due to the seller. I did contact the seller about any content on the units without reply.

The 3ds came exactly as the pictures and had the issue that was described by the seller. I liked that they were upfront in the description about the condition it was in. Was priced fairly considering the repair is a difficult one. Overall would definitely recommend buying from them.
