They responded quickly, apologized for any delay and explained they would make it right if I didn't receive it. Turns out my wife had gotten it and misplaced it. Glad to say item arrived and it was worth the wait. A+ seller would gladly work with them again :-)

This order was shipped the same day I placed it, but then USPS took it on a scenic tour across the United States. After 15 days, USPS updates the tracking and it's in Denver. The seller stayed in constant contact throughout the process and issued a refund. Three days later, the package arrives after its journey. I remade the payment, and we finally completed the transaction.
