He makes sales using deception. In turn he used theft by deception to make a sale!! Stay far away from this seller. See attached screen shots to edify my words.

I ordered a banknote from seller, but I was extremely disappointed when he delivered an entirely different note from what I ordered. Another costumer has similar experience with seller (see buyer's feedback). Seller appears to have tendency or deliberately delivering incorrect items with cheaper value.
