On top of that, supporting a family-owned/run business during hard times is a plus! Definitely will be doing business with this seller again for sure. :)

This second 14+ arrived 4 days after FedEx promised, not the sellers fault at all, he was prompt in communication with me on this. It did arrive and is just as described, couldn't be happier with our two phones.

Item was shipped free, and the cost was better, less, than I expected. The seller quickly processed my order packed it securely and shipped it within 24 hours. The seller's page also had more detailed information than others selling the same item, I really liked that. I may just have to buy another phone from Santa Monica Wireless. Very satisfied.

The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
