The device is essentially brand new, but at a cost much less than if purchased it at a retail store. A great value for the price. On top of that, supporting a family-owned/run business during hard times is a plus! Definitely will be doing business with this seller again for sure. :)

This was labeled (Out of box), It’s basically a New Phone. Original Box Charging Cable etc.This phone on Apple.com was 1029.00/wtax. I paid 769.00wtax. For basically the same phone.Like I said it’s new so there were no blemishes on it or scratches. Very fast shipping too.I’ll update if it fails in an unreasonable time.

I had an extended ship time longer tha 2 days due to FedEx not scanning the package at the hub. But i messaged the seller and I am pleased with the ease of communication! Please have a look at their store! I know i'll buy from them again.

Delivery signature being required was nice as I have had packages disappear before. Clear screen, no scratches. I like to keep my phone in a case, but it looked good before I put it in. Great seller, would buy from again in the future. Getting the phone set up has had some quirks (expected), but the phone works great! Has some features that my 4 year old phone was missing! Good price for this model!
