HP told me you couldn't replace the print head in an 8025, but I took a chance on this one and 10 screws later, I was able to get it installed. It worked perfectly. Low cost for keeping my printer running. The entire experience with this seller was incredibly smooth. Frequent communication from them on the package being shipped and it's status, even to procedures to run after install to make sure I got the best results.

The seller was very understanding, highly prompt in shipping, responses and very cooperative. I am sorry that he had to incur a loss in the process of shipping and handling for nothing. His products are reasonably priced, and I was very happy to do business with him. I would recommend this seller to the buyers without any reservation. Good luck to all.

The printer is printing like new again. Excellent quality. I would rather get quality used over a questionable new from China.
