Packaging was really great, hard box was writing fragile on it and a lot off bubble plastic was inside the box. This resulted in the content being in perfect condition. But for sure this company certainly stores its products carefully. Next step was replacing the part to check it. Finally my laptop is in working condition. In this company they are truly professionals. Thanks a lot zfannystore
