All you're aware of is that the ride is way more comfy than before; that's it. It's uncanny! I feel I can actually go faster because I'm not getting thrown out of my saddle over smallish bumps anymore. Really really good product as the youtube reviews I watched before buying this all said. I agree with them.

Cane Creek had changed their product line up and the error was an honest mistake. I was able to use the post I received on a different bike and the seller provided compensation in the form of a softer elastomer for the error. The seller followed through and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thanks!
