After multiple tests, I question if it's even from Sun Moon Lake. It's just regular standard black tea. There is no sweetness, nor any cooling or flavor notes of camphor, mint, cinnamon, clove or baked yams. Tried various temperatures, leaf quantity to water ratios, steep times (Gong Gu and grandpa style) and more.
