Made a huge difference, much more comfortable, it mostly smoothed the ride out on my super bumpy yard. It does raise the seat up a fair amount. Only complaint is the instructions lack detail, the online video helps, but it still lacks specific details that would make installation easier. I would absolutely buy this product again.

Because the instructions in the box and the instructions i was emailed showed the part not working on my Gravely i returned it when I should have waited because they did eventually tell me how it goes on my Gravely but it was too late I had already given it to our FedEx driver. So my fault, I told them on their YouTube video that I would pay to have it shipped back to me but with the correct instructions never heard anything after that.
