The item was listed as delivered on the due day but I had not received it. Contacted the seller who responded within minutes and chased down the PO to find out they had delivered to wrong address. Item turned up within 2 working days after seller dealing with the PO. The Ram itself is of good quality, in excellent condition and was excellent value for money. Highly recommended seller A*****

The item quality is very good and in great condition. I consider twenty pounds, including delivery for this amount of ram great value. Buying extra computer memory isn't that easy anyway, and I wasn't even aware that manufacturers change the memory type half way through a production run - despite the computers all having the same model number!! He contacted me personally and talked me through how to check for the correct memory type (I'd ordered the wrong type). Brilliant! So six stars for customer service as well as a good price and quick delivery. Highly recommended.
