They emailed me the same day and told me they were shipping me a new one. GREAT customer service!

Since the microwave did work and come with a 1yr warranty, we decided to keep it for such a great savings. We were even able to make a trim piece to hide almost all the dent. As Social Security seniors, the 50% discount was a huge blessing to us! Thank you Eric from Super Duper!
