Also ended up using 3/8-16 bolts 1.5” long with lock washers for the manifold to downpipe and those worked well. Besides drilling out the hole (it only needed to go up a size or two maybe) it bolted straight up to my 1993 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L engine. Didn’t have to modify anything else.

That said, FedEx really dropped the ball on this one. It was on the vehicle and out for delivery three times over three days. Only to arrive via a contract driver on a Sunday. Which was day four!!! Tracking didn't even show anything happening on Sunday. A random Penske truck just pulled up and delivered packages.
