Contacted him, told me that he would accept the return to exchange for the right ones, but I needed to open a return request on item bought wrong. Then didn’t accept the return, he just wanted to open the return with that description so that Ebay wouldn’t make him accept the return. I didn’t want the money back, I just wanted the right item. Now i’m $500 short to buy the ones I need.

After Christmas and having received the other pieces of the project, I opened the package to find there was only 1 drive. Contacted the seller with photos of the packaging and the seller had a second drive out the next day, no stress and no bs. Would absolutely buy from again with this level of service. Easy to write reviews when nothing goes wrong, but definitely earned the 5 star review when dealing with the random issue.

I ordered a SAS hard drive not realizing that it would not interface with a SATA external enclosure. It was my mistake, but seller refunded my full purchase price including free shipping both ways. This seller is one in a million, and comes highly recommended!!!:)
