As requested I booked the service and sent my Canon EF-S 17-85mm Lens the same day. 5 days later it was back in my hands and working fine on my Canon EOS 40D. I've been using it over the last 9 days on and off and all seems well for now. My camera was originally showing the Error01 message (Clean Lens Sensor) on occasion, which became more frequent over time. I cannot recommend Vilius and his expert service enough if you have a broken/faulty lens.

I hadn't used a 'service' provided through eBay before, and I was pleased that this was easy and worked well. Yodel were having software problems which delayed delivery of the repaired lens to me by a couple of days, but it got here safely. I hope I won't need to have this lens repaired again but I'd wholeheartedly recommend Gatolt to anyone else with the same problem. THANKS!

I did not have the money to buy new and so repair felt like a good move and the repair cost seemed good value. I am glad that I did this. Following the return of my lens, which was returned as I had sent it, I have taken time to test the lens and thus far the repair appears to be of good quality and the Lens is functioning as expected and everything looks as good as new.

There was a missing part but all it took was a brief conversation for the missing part to be sent with apologies. Couldn’t complain, and shows that the seller is down to earth and genuinely cares about old thermal tech! Don’t be afraid of buying from this person as they really do go above and beyond.
