The phone was filthy when we received it - I had to clean it with several glass cleaning cloths and even a little degreaser. 2. The charging cable that was included doesn't work. We've tried it with other iPhones and multiple plug in locations, including vehicles (direct to USB) and cubes. The phone works great... if these other things were fixed I would give 5 stars in a heartbeat.

We needed something inexpensive made by Apple that we could use with a pre-paid Mint Mobile plan.These arrived quickly, well insulated and were exactly as advertised on the posting. They look and run like new, they are very similar to mine and my wife’s iPhone 11s, which we bought new on my FIL’s AT&T family plan last year. They just didn’t cost $700 each. I paid less than half that for two of these phones and they’re unlocked.

So far, working just fine. Extremely disappointed with the seller. Made three attempts to “Contact Seller” none of which were ever responded to. As soon as I placed the order, I realized the wrong shipping address was in place. I immediately sent a message to change the address. Crickets. I tried again early the next day and later. Nothing.
