Seller sent a return label in messages on the eBay app but the label printed 3"x3" and unable to expand. Could not use it to return. I asked seller to send the link or larger copy to my email on record w ebay. Seller says they cannot do that & stopped responding to my messages 5 days prior to the 30 day return they offer. Unfortunately, this buyer is very misleading. We disagree with the buyers claim of 'imperfections', as that is entirely subjective when creating customized designs on shoes. However, we clearly communicated with the buyer that they may return the shoes for a full refund. We sent the buyer a free prepaid return label, and never heard from them again. We are still willing to accept the return.
