I immediately contacted the supplier together with a photo of it. The response was very fast and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away. It arrived quickly and in one piece! Lovely pots, great quality and even better than I had hoped. I would recommend this supplier and will be ordering more in the future. Thank you!

Plant pots arrived in perfect condition, having been protected by bubble wrap before putting in a box. Delivery was within time scale. The appearance is exactly like photo, and the quality is excellent. Very sturdy pots and great value for money. Just wish they had pre drilled holes in the pots. Thank you for such an easy transaction.
