Seller had provided tracking information for the item and was decently priced as well. Also, he had really put alot of effort before shipping product, from carefully packed safely by wrapping cardboard around product, taping secured to shipping the product within 24 hours.     Purchasing was a whole fiasco on this, due to exchange rates with two different countries. Shipping took 18 days to arrive because left Canada got stuck in New York to be inspected and had no other forwarding information. arrive at my house late packaging box look good took plenty of pics and product came out broken and looked as if it had been fixed, but did not make it through the ride. seller was always in close communication on this and I asked for rebate to fix product. Seller rebated me.
