Almost as thick as a summer weight pendleton blanket. Can't wait to try them out to see how warm they are. There is a slight smell to the blankets, they will need to air out just a bit, not bad though. The blankets look great, edges are all sewn. For a $45 wool blend blanket that is OVER 5ft X 7ft, one cannot go wrong with these!!

Amazon is the same regular price and faster shipping. The blanket is fairly heavy wool that feels soft. I would buy again in other colors.

Legend of blanket is made from dog hair and other things. Take lots of time to weave on a drop loom.
