Almost as thick as a summer weight pendleton blanket. Can't wait to try them out to see how warm they are. There is a slight smell to the blankets, they will need to air out just a bit, not bad though. The blankets look great, edges are all sewn. For a $45 wool blend blanket that is OVER 5ft X 7ft, one cannot go wrong with these!!

Amazon is the same regular price and faster shipping. The blanket is fairly heavy wool that feels soft. I would buy again in other colors.

Have a large collection of Inuit Salish Haida masks from Alaska purchased on eBay for display only include transformational masks like kawkauitil chief of chiefs small chilicate sample blanket from sorbet auction house. Legend of blanket is made from dog hair and other things. Take lots of time to weave on a drop loom.
