    You know when you get a gift from someone and it's wrapped so well you almost don't want to open it. That's how well they did. They took incredible care going above and beyond. They were proactive when communicating about shipping once they got back from break. And the book was as described. I also really appreciated how thorough they were with their description and photos. I opted to pay a bit more because I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting.
