Charged 40% more than this years photo and when I reached out about the coins was offered only the cost of the coins not having the thought that what is now purchased is beyond inferior to what was listed with cardboard cutouts. Unfortunately, customer went outside of ebay to communicate which is against ebay policy & caused a delay. The customer was offered a full replacement, a discount on the item that was received (that he asked for), or a full refund. We take pride in taking care of our customers, however in this case, it was quite difficult to accommodate.
