The quality of the flokati was better than expected, thick and long. A few hard shakes brought to life, and again very thick and soft on the feet. I am very pleased with the purchase, I had a flokati years ago and this brought back memories of that in my younger days.

The outside packaging was badly damaged so I assume the damage to the picture frame occurred whilst in transit. I realise this is beyond the seller’s control. I sent copies of the damage and I received a quick response. The seller was very helpful and I received a refund.
