DVD was still sealed with no damage at all! The first one he sent had a non-working tracking number (which was confirmed by Chunghwa Post), meaning he had to order another copy to send to me. Postage costs were very good as was dispatch time, taking only 9 days to arrive from Taiwan. Excellent communication and service from Daniel and I will definitely buy from him again!

Although this specific item never arrived (despite tracking showing a tracking number had been assigned), which never happened before with this seller, Daniel treated me incredibly fairly. I was able to obtain from Daniel replacement items of fine quality & condition whose appearance & working condition were excellent, having been boxed wonderfully. Daniel's inventory has wonderful CDs & DVDs at a great value, so I highly recommend him. He's great!
