When I flagged this with Australia Post they were no help. When I flagged with the seller, he was immediately apologetic and refunded me in full straight away. As I type this he is still chasing the item with Aus Post. Once again I stress, this was not the sellers fault, and everything they have one since my email has been first class. My other item I purchased from them is top shelf. Will definitely buy from again. Cheers!
