    Great description of item. it was advertised as new and was definitely in the original packaging. For such a small shipping cost I was amazed that I got the computer next day! And when I emailed that I had an issue with activating a program on the computer he called immediately and it was resolved. He was also helpful during the purchase process. Another example of why it is important to work with sellers who have high ratings.
