There are more than 400 individual exercises available; you can also use your own free weights, step bench, or fitness ball to supplement the included activities. The "Physical Challenge" feature lets you view your fitness level and progress at any time, while “Your Shape” displays calories burned and accuracy of motion percentage, giving you plenty of opportunity to beat previous "high scores" and move forward towards your health goals.
