Item is exactly as described, better quality than other offerings at the same price. its a genuine 100mm base and a 100mm chuck. Highly recommend as many other sellers only offer a 60mm chuck. The problem was that UPS wanted $49.00 to cover the tariff from India. I refused the package and ACTOOLSHOP immediately issued a refund. Excellent customer service I will most probably deal with them after this tariff foolishness ends. Don't understand, our President said the tariffs would not be paid by the U.S. customers!!

This is a product we would not use on a regular basis so it offered good value for money. Arrived in good condition but the packaging could have been more robust as box was split on arrival but the item had been very well wrapped inside so was un marked. The quality looks good but has not been used yet.
