    The seller said in description that the box had some wear on it that I saw. Then I received the item an pulled the item out of the packaging and could see pieces of the item broken in the box. The seller did not say anything bout it being broke in the description. I’m not happy and I would be very cautious about buying anything from this seller. They have communicated an we are working things out but buyer be were.

    I immediately refunded the buyer when I learned of the damaged item. I did not know the toy was damaged as it was in the original box and I did not remove it from the box. I always try to provide the best description possible and I always make things right if there is an issue. I disagree with this feedback since I immediately rectified the situation. Thank you.
