The packaging for a DVD set was perfectly wrapped in a good amount of bubble wrap and made me feel very secure about the set. Highly recommend buying from this person again with this level & attention to detail/care!

My only con to all this is the English subtitles are absolutely, laughably horrible. Some of them aren't even correct. Some are just word-salad and good luck! All in all, we're very pleased, and the REALLY BAD translations have become a running joke in our home.
