I sent them a message and they replied promptly. They were brilliant and I sent back the item and they sent me the correct item straight away. I cannot fault them, these things happen, they kept in contact throughout the whole process and replied to all of my messages. Item was well packaged as always. It has not put me off and I will still continue to buy from this seller. Thank you!

Evri delivered my parcel to the wrong address (not avant guards fault) and I never received my item so I contacted this seller and straight away contacted me back to apologize and sent out a replacement no questions asked. 6 x sure creams and they are great value for money as they are usually £5 each in most retailers. This is the only place I will go to buy them now, excellent team and very genuine.. thanks again x
