In this sequel to ESCAPE FROM WITCH MOUNTAIN, Tia and Tony, the two human-looking, teenage extraterrestrials from the first film, return to Earth for a vacation. The siblings have telepathic and telekinetic powers: they can read each others' minds, and mentally move objects at will. When the nefarious Victor becomes aware of this, he kidnaps Tony, and plans to use him to steal gold bars from a museum.
