I purchased this on April 29th, & just received it today, when I should have gotten this before May 2nd. This made the second time USPS messed up my delivery. I purchased 2 packs of paper from this seller March 12th, & I never received them. I sent this seller a message, but was told to give it a few more days, which I did. I had to involve eBay to get a refund. So this will be my last purchase from this seller!

I can say that the seller is trying to help me get my package. Fed Ex still hasn t delivered the paper but that is no fault on the seller. I did get a partial refund for my frustration that this has caused. I appreciate the seller doing there best to make sure I get my product and told me they will not let me be unsatisfied. I am glad they have great customer service thus far.
