Sturdy piece of kit. I use gymnastics rings and hang them from the pullup bar and its solid as a rock. If on grass you can anchor this in with tent pegs etc. If on a solid floor like mine, i've added sandbags to the edges to counteract the force when im on rings/pull upbars but probably isnt required as frame is well distributed
