A lot of companies don’t extend that courtesy. Because I so desperately need it, I sent it to them priority mail, which ended up taking a week instead of three days to get to them. I am very hopeful that they will get back to me as soon as it’s repaired and offer me an expedited shipping. They tested it and called to tell me that it was fine, not the problem. I asked if they would test it again just in case and they did. They called again and said that the ECM was fine. They then refunded some of the purchase price....who does that? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIA to anyone who is having a problem with their ECM,ECU or PCM.
