I was wanting the gifts for overseas visitors asap. I had chosen the faster delivery, but it somehow reverted and I hadn't noticed until after placing my order. I emailed quickly, and they responded immediately, sending it by faster mail, that day. Thank you for your exceptional help and understanding, and especially for your excellent response time!
