Had to drill a new hole in the seat base for one of the studs to line up, also had to cut a square notch in the back of the base to clear a rise in the rear end. The base now sits flat and bolted up nicely! Good quality seat, slides forward and backward nicely. Super fast shipping also! I’d recommend it, even though some modifications may have to be done. ++++
