Shipping is fast and packaging is great with my purchases always arriving in perfect condition. The quality of the products are fantastic and they are always well worth the purchase. Don't be upset with how the product may actually appear because of the scale they do look bigger in pictures/videos than they do in reality but do greatly add to the appearance of any model ship. A truly "A+" number "One" seller.

Although I still needed the items I received, I went ahead and ordered the other items separately. The reason I am revising this feedback is primarily due to the effort by the seller to call me personally from his country on the other side of yhe world at a time that was convenient for me, at an inconvenient time for him. This showed quality character to me and his effort was very genuine.
