I wouldn't stress the tie off points or expect it to hold up to high to forceful wind, it can easily be used for normal to moderate snow, wind or rain. If getting it for camp trip use I feel it will last for a while but will eventually wear small holes due to being put in and out of the storage bag. If for emergency use only I'm sure it'll be useful when needed. It could be used for one or two adults for wind, rain, sun or a hung water catch.

Positives: 5x7ft is a great size for any individual body- big or small. Camo looks good if you want concealment. Plus it does the job asked of it- reflecting body heat. Negatives: Could use double stitches on seams, in a heavy windstorm this isn't gonna survive the night, Ripstop in the Mylar would also be beneficial if you do get a hole in material and would make this the best survival blanket on the market. B+
