Kits are not a bunch of bulbs bunched up in bubble wrapping.. lol If you mutilated the packaging, perhaps. lol. Color Bulb Placement Charts are emailed over and in your Ebay messages. Please look and print if need..and of course, if any issue, please contact us. A schematic was emailed to us a few days ago to direct the correct bulb placement. This is the second set of nonghosting super bright leds that we have bought from this seller. The set we purchased for another game works just fine. We wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Pinbulbz and Arcades again. Great sellers

The seller did respond to me but was basically tough cookies, it’s an old item. There were no details in the posting that much of the graphics on the back were held together with packing tape.
